ONE ON ONE TRAINING  

Personal Training is an enjoyable, fun experience that brings faster results. One on one Personal training allows each individual to be an individual. We all have different goals, different strengths, and different limitations. Your workouts should reflect who you are. They shouldn't paint you in a box.

How many people do you know have signed up for a gym membership never to return, or had been good about going for a few weeks or even a few months only to fizzle out? We get it... Everyone starts out with the best intentions, but lets face it, walking into a gym and trying figure out what to do next can be overwhelming and intimidating. And maintaining that self motivation is another challenge in itself. That's where we're different. 

We are not a health club. We're a Personal Training Studio. We focus on individual needs to maximize your results without the distractions of a traditional gym or health club. Working with a personal trainer will help you feel connected to your body in a way that you never imagined. Our trainers educate, motivate and will develop a fitness program specifically designed for each client to meet his or her goals, interests, objectives, and fitness needs. And as you progress, your personal trainer will too, staying ahead of the curve on trends and technology. Throughout your experience, you’ll get roadmaps that bring results. Because results are why you’re here.

THE BEGINNER 

Walking into a gym can be overwhelming. Trying to figure out what do, how to use the equipment, and even which equipment to use can be quite a daunting experience. We’re sensitive to that and we want to make getting started as painless and enjoyable as possible, dare we say fun! Working with a certified personal trainer removes all of the guess work. Our studio offers privacy so there's no reason to feel self conscious or reason to worry that someone is watching and judging you. Without the crowds of a traditional gym you are better able to focus on your workout and your trainer is better able to focus on you. Your Personal Trainer will create an individualized program that will most effectively and most efficiently help you to achieve your fitness goals. Your personal trainer will work closely with you to continuously guide and modify your training program. This ensures that you are getting the most out of your workout.

THE SEASONED GYM GOER 

Want to shake things up a bit? We know that you know your way around the gym and you're clearly motivated to push yourself, but there's always something new around the corner. We can take you to the next level. Whether you've hit a plateau, or if you just want to make your workouts more fun and interesting, our certified personal trainers can guide the way. Sometimes there are aches and pains associated with certain movements or exercises and a minor adjustment can make a major difference. And sometimes there are alternative exercises that may be more appropriate for what you're experiencing. Working with a personal trainer can add a new dynamic to your routine, and target things in a more effective way. We will design a program that will inspire, ignite and take your workout to a whole new level!

We offer proven programs for every athlete, regardless of age, gender, or skill level. Our sports specific and athletic-based training incorporates resistance training, sports-specific drills and interval training that work in tandem to enhance your overall strength, aerobic conditioning, and agility. So whether you're looking to take a few strokes off your golf game, or looking to make the varsity team, we will design a program that will give you an edge above the rest.

It's never too early to start developing good habits and re-enforcing healthy attitudes towards fitness. Besides enjoying the health benefits of regular exercise, kids who are physically fit sleep better and are better able to handle the physical and emotional challenges they will face - from running to catch the bus to studying for a test. Whether your child wants to be the star of the team,  just wants a little more playing time or simply wants to be more active, we can help them reach their goals. 

We know parents have concerns, and just like every parent, you want the best for your child. While you want your child to be heathy and enjoy exercising, you probably have concerns  about their abilities and safety. This is where we can help. Safety is always our paramount concern. We give children exercises that are appropriate for their age and development. We use positive reinforcement to ensure that your child feels good about his or her accomplishments and has a positive self body image. After a short time you'll see the improvement in your child's athletic performance and a boost in their self confidence.     

SENIORS 

As we get older our needs and abilities change and we can't do the things we once did with the same ease. This doesn't mean you have to take it lying down! Exercise can help you to stay strong and fit so you can keep enjoying the things that you like to do. Physical activity is one of the most powerful anti-aging tools we have. Some have even called it the Fountain of Youth. Regular exercise enhances your chances of remaining mobile and independent for years to come. Our experienced personal trainers understand our evolving needs as we age and are here to help. Studies have shown that regular exercise can help prevent or delay many diseases and disabilities. In some cases exercise is an effective treatment for many chronic conditions. For example studies show that people with arthritis, heart disease, high blood pressure, or diabetes benefit from regular exercise. Exercise also helps people with balance problems or difficulty walking.
